1.0 Definitions
1.1 ‘Conditions’ means the Terms and Conditions under which
the Company provides services
1.2 ‘Company’ means Coach Hire Solutions trading as Coach Hire Solutionsregistered office 3 Pelham Court, Pelham Place, Crawley,
RH11 9SH
1.3 ‘Service Company’ or 'Service provider', or 'Operator'
means the company who we contact on your behalf to undertake
the contract
1.4 ‘Client’ means the organisation, individual or agent who
contracts the services (i.e. You).
1.5 ‘Price’ means an agreed cost of service to the Client
1.6 ‘Contract’ means the agreement between the Company and
the Client.
2.0 Contract
2.1 These conditions apply whether a contract has been made
verbally or in writing.
2.2 If the client is a company, group, or partnership, an
individual must be named as a responsible person.
2.3 The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred
in performing the contract, whether or not they actually travel
with the party.
2.4 The company will only accept instructions from the client.
If the client is not going to travel with the party, a representative
must be chosen and the company informed prior to the contract
taking place.
3.0 Responsibility of The Company
3.1 The Company acts only as a booking agent and therefore
has no liability for any loss, personal injury or death however
incurred.
3.2 When you book arrangements or services through the Company,
your contract will be with the supplier or arranger of those
arrangements or services and not with us, and will be subject
to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider of the
arrangements or services. Copies of these conditions may be
requested in writing, but up to 28 days must be allowed for
delivery.
4.0 Payments
4.1 Unless stated otherwise a deposit of 50% of the total
cost is requested on booking and should be sent to the Company
4.2 Unless stated otherwise the Company requires the outstanding
balance 30 days prior to commencement date, A booking Confirmation
will be forwarded, along with details of the Service company(s)
undertaking the service following payment of the full amount
of the booking.
4.3 If for any reason, unless otherwise agreed, the balance
of the cost is not received in accordance with the Booking
Agreement, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
5.0 Cancellation by you:
5.1 Users are likely to have to pay a cancellation fee when
cancelling a booking.
5.2 Cancellation fees may vary from offer to offer so it is
the user’s responsibility to enquire about cancellation conditions
as apply to their specific bookings.
5.3 A £25.00 administration fee is required to offset booking,
communication and administration charges that will have already
been incurred by The Company.
5.4 In addition to the Company administration fee, users may
also be required to pay cancellation fees imposed by the Company’s
Suppliers (ie. coach operators, etc.) The amount of each Supplier's
cancellation fee is beyond the Company’s control.
5.5 Agreement to pay cancellation/ amendment fees is accepted
as a condition booking with the Company. The Company will
make every effort to minimise cancellation/ amendment fees
for users.
6.0 Coach & Bus Hire Parking, Road Tolls
& Fares
6.1 Regarding parking, bridge and road tolls, ferry and/or
tunnel fees/fares and where applicable driver(s) overnight
accommodation, unless specifically included in the contract
the hirer is responsible for all charges relating to these
fees during the hire period.
7.0 Limit of Liability
7.1 The Company operates a booking service.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for the individual services.
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by
the failure of the service company, owner or operator to perform
the contract.
7.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by any member of your
party shall become the sole responsibility of you. Any costs
associated with repairs or cleaning of this damage must be
paid by you directly to the service operator in the time frame
agreed upon with the service operator. An additional daily
charge may be levied on you should the repairs required take
the vehicle out of commission or make the vehicle unsuitable
for use with other customers. Criminal damage may be reported
to the relevant authorities should we feel it necessary.
8.0 Security Deposits
8.1 Some service providers may require the client to pay a
refundable security deposit. Any such deposits and/or dispute
that may arise in respect of any such security deposits are
strictly between you and the principal service provider and
do not form any part of this contract. 1Click Travel Ltd does
not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of any security
deposits
9.0 Complaints
9.1 Any problems or complaints should be discussed immediately
with the service supplier. If unresolved the complaint must
be made in writing to 1Click Travel Ltd within 14 days of
the hire period ending.
10.0 Provisional Booking or Enquiry
10.1 All bookings are deemed to be provisional until we receive
confirmation in writing from the Client that they wish to
go ahead with the services offered. At this point the Company
will generate an invoice as agreed with the Client. Receipt
of an invoice by the Client is considered to be acceptance
of the booking terms.
10.2 The Service Provider can only guarantee availability
of the service requested once the Company has received a written
acceptance of the services from the Client. An acknowledgement
of receipt with details of arrangements will be sent to you
by return.
10.3 The Company does not verify the details supplied by Service
Companies and is not responsible for the accuracy of information
given.
These conditions of service shall be governed by and subject
to English Law.
